How do I upgrade to a premium subscription?
If you’re a free subscriber, you can upgrade to a monthly or annual subscription. If you’re a monthly subscriber, you can upgrade to an annual subscription. As you’re logged into the The Array of Hope Channel catalog page via the web - not on your mobile to TV apps, click on your icon with your initials at the top right. Click on Dashboard, click billing, click change plan then choose the plan of your choice.
How do I update my billing information?
Once you are logged into the Array of Hope Channel catalog page via the web, click on the icon with your initials at the top right. Click on Dashboard, click billing. You can update your credit card information under the Payment Method section.
Name and phone number can be updated under the Profile tab. You can also change your subscription status by selecting “change plan.”
Why am I seeing a charge after starting the Free Trial?
We offer all customers one, 30-day Free Trial on all premium subscriptions. On the first billing date, you will be billed to the credit card you put on file. Annual subscriptions are charged once each year on the date of your subscription. If you would like to change your premium subscription to a free subscription, you do so by clicking on your profile, billing, and change plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. If you would like to cancel your subscription, log into the channel. Click on the icon on the top right-hand corner that has your initials on it. Click on DASHBOARD then click on billing. Click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION located under your membership plan. You will continue to have access to the Channel until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I contact someone directly about my account?
Do I have to register for live events if I am already a free or premium subscriber?
If you are already a subscriber to the Array of Hope Channel all public live events are available to you. Just log in on the date and time of the event to watch live! To participate in the live chat during a live event, you must be logged in to the Channel and be a subscriber or have registered for the event. We also offer Private Live events which require special access.
There is some content that isn't available to me. Why is that?
Free subscribers have access to a limited amount of content on our channel. For full access to all that the Array of Hope Channel has to offer, you need a premium subscription.
Does the Array of Hope Channel work on a smart TV?
Yes! If supported by your smart TV you can connect to The Array of Hope Channel from your Apple or Android mobile phone or from your Apple TV or Roku device.
Does the Array of Hope Channel have offline playback?
Yes! No internet? No problem! We’re excited to now offer offline playback to all Channel users at no additional charge. Simply download the Array of Hope app on your portable device while you have WiFi or internet service, find the content you want to watch offline, and download it to your device. Then watch it anywhere without the Internet.
Can I save/bookmark content that I’m interested in watching later?
Yes! You can create a list of all the great content you’re interested in and go back to it when you’re ready to watch. Click on the “Add to Favorites” button at the bottom of the video you’d like to save for later. A “Favorites” category will be added to the homepage of the channel.
